1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Product must be in original condition with all accessories
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Products must not show signs of damage or misuse
- Software licenses must be deactivated

4. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for items lost in return shipping
- For defective products, we will cover return shipping
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
- • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- • PayPal: 3-5 business days
- • Bank Transfer: 10-15 business days
- • Company Check: 15-20 business days
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different model or due to a defect, please contact our support team. Exchanges are processed faster than refunds and typically take 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
7. Warranty Claims
Products still under warranty that develop defects after the 30-day refund period should be processed as warranty claims rather than refunds. Please see our warranty documentation or contact support for warranty procedures.
8. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund within first 30 days
- After 30 days: No refunds, but service continues until end of billing period
