• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other terms are agreed
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• You are responsible for all taxes related to your purchase
• Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty: We warrant that our hardware products will be free from material defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, accident, or modification
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper installation or maintenance

Disclaimer: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAVELTECH SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Draveltech Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

• Non-payment of fees

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
